Since the age of 25, I’ve followed a similar path operating at the intersection of innovation, growth, and execution. The formative years of my career have spanned global corporations such as Canon, Konica Minolta, and Fuji Xerox, as well as hands-on involvement in startups across Australia and California. These experiences gave me a dual lens: the discipline and scale of enterprise, combined with the speed, ambiguity, and creativity of startups.

My connection to the startup ecosystem has also extended into academia and research, including engagement with UC San Diego and my role as an Adjunct Professor at Monash University. Here, I focus on helping founders and teams translate theory into execution, turning ideas into ventures that can survive, scale, and create impact.

My passion for coaching cricket and supporting education reflects a constant: building people. Whether on the field, in the classroom, or in startups, I’m driven to develop individuals and teams.

What motivates me most is not just building things myself, but seeing others succeed because of something I’ve shared, taught, or helped unlock. That transformative moment when an idea becomes a catalyst for someone else’s success is where the real reward lies. That impact fuels my drive to keep building, mentoring, and enabling others to excel.
